Although I play the organ at
Pilrig St.Paul's church on Sundays, the flexibility
of a largely freelance career means I'm available at
other times to provide music for weddings and
memorial services, and to play on other occasions
where an organist may be lacking.
I've played for many weddings
in and around Edinburgh, and often deputise at
Warriston and Seafield crematoria. Other engagements
have included a concert in Port Seton Old Kirk with
the fine choir Cantiamo, where I played organ music
to complement the choral pieces; and Leith Methodist
Church's 2004 carol concert, where I played organ
solos and lead the congregational carol-singing.
