I've enjoyed
preparing and giving organ recitals since my second
year at College - my first was at the McEwan
Hall in Edinburgh at the invitation of Dr.John
Kitchen, and I've played numerous venues since then,
including York Minster.
I
have a (perhaps unhealthy?!) tendency to play the
sort of music I love best so more often than not my programmes have a bias
toward the 19th century! I generally try to
present a mix of more popular works with pieces that may be
unfamiliar but that have a direct appeal and
clearly-defined character.
If you would like to engage
me for a recital or find out more, please contact me. |
